References to “accommodation providers” means the owner/providers of the hotels, apartments, villas and other accommodation of any description featured on this website and “accommodation” means the accommodation including all facilities and services advertised on our website that we have agreed to arrange in connection with your confirmed booking.
Affiliates are third parties who, in agreement with book2room.com distribute book2room.com hotel rooms to their customers.

This site, and each of its modules, together with the arrangement and compilation of the content found on this site, is the copyrighted property of Hotels Vision and/or its various third party providers and distributors. In addition, the trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on this site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are registered and common law Trademarks of Hotels Vision, its affiliates, and various third parties. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Trademarks without the written permission of Hotels Vision, or such other party that may own the Trademarks. The website will guide you through the booking procedure. Each booking that you make through this website is conditional on you accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the legal statement and Privacy Policy (the "Terms"). 

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that book2room.com deems in its sole discretion to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits book2room.com obtains from your use of the site.
This site and the content provided in this site, including the text, graphics, button icons, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of book2room.com, and/or its third party providers and distributors, except that you may download, display and print the materials presented on this site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use any "robot," "spider" or other automatic device, or a program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process, to monitor or copy any of the Web pages, data or content found on this site, in any case without the prior written permission of book2room.com
Hotels advertised on book2room.com  website are able to make improvements or changes to the information, elements, data, services, and other materials on this website, or terminate at any time without notice.
book2room.com is also able to modify the Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on this website. Accordingly, your continued use of or access to this website will be deemed to indicate your acceptance of the modified Terms.
book2room.com is able to suspend access to website, due to maintenance works, net security reasons or force majeure, with no obligation to reimburse or compensate you for the period in which access was suspended.

You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use the Site and to create a legally binding contract.
You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation booking is correct and you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
You hereby authorise book2room.com to process all Personal Information about you and the persons named on the booking that has been obtained in connection with your booking. Personal information shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to: any telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, addresses of residences, signatures, ID or passport copies, or any other information belonging to you or your group.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant travel and health documents before departure for the country you are visiting, which shall include, but is not limited to, any inoculations that may be required, ID’s and passport.book2room.com shall not be liable for any expense incurred resulting from your missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation or any non-compliance with requirements.

Use of Site :

RESERVATION PROCEDURE 

You must complete the on-line booking form and provide us with your credit card details which will act as a guarantee to secure the booking. The booking is confirmed when an on-screen confirmation and an email booking confirmation form have been sent to you by Hotels Vision. Is it advisable to print out the on-screen confirmation at the time of booking and retain it for your information.

How to book accommodation or other services

Simply search for your chosen destination and dates, select your preferred accommodation provider and proceed to the final booking page. Please ensure you carefully check the dates, the price, the destination and the accommodation provider details before proceeding with your booking.

Payment

You will need a valid credit card in order to confirm a reservation. Your credit card will be debited when your reservation has been confirmed;  unless you are otherwise informed and will be charged in the local currency of your destination for the amount equivalent to the published rates. Prices are quoted based on availability of hotel rooms/accommodations with our Accommodation Providers. In view of the above, we reserve the right to change prices at anytime before you make your reservation. 

Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions will be provided via email once all necessary local arrangements have been made on your behalf. Reservations made during the week will in normal circumstances be confirmed within 24hrs. Confirmation of reservations made over weekends and/or public holidays may however take slightly longer.

book2room.com is not responsible for failed or incomplete reservations due to credit card processing errors, or technical, software or Internet transmission problems. If any of these problems ocur.

book2room.com can not guarantee the availability of hotel room inventory or listed room prices.

Your name will not appear at the hotel until 72 hours before your arrival date. Rest assured, the room is booked; however, the hotel just does not know that you will be the person staying in it.

If you cancel, amend or change a booking

You may modify or cancel your booking at any time prior to your arrival date through the Site.
If you cancel or amend your booking, there may be a cancellation charge or amendment fee levied by the accommodation or other service provider. In any event, if you fail to cancel or amend your booking in accordance with the provider’s cancellation or amendment policy, you will be charged a cancellation or amendment fee by the accommodation or other service provider. Further details of cancellation policy are set out in our email to you confirming your booking and are also shown on the hotel’s room details page prior to you making a booking.
If, for whatsoever reason, you do not turn up at the accommodation on the arrival date stated on your booking confirmation email, without prior warning to Hotels Vision (“a no show”), this shall be considered a cancellation.

Complaints or issues with your accommodation

In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems with your accommodation please inform the our customer services staff or management immediately, to enable them to take appropriate action.
